Amazon has released their new Brand Registry process. You do need a trademark in order to get brand registered. Registering your brand is a great way to prove your ownership of the products you’re selling.
NOTE: The charges for filing trademark are extra, Office Action, SOU will require extra gigs
To Trademark in US you must need to have US Residences/ Warehouse/ LLC. Otherwise take help from Legal attorney of US (We are not attorney and just experienced 12 Years.
