Setting up a company is a great way to limit your liabilities when going about your business.
The company application will be sent to Companies House electronically and will be approved within 1 to 3 working days. Upon approval, we will send your digital company registration documents to you by email which will include your Certificate of Incorporation and a Share Capital Certificate for each shareholder.
For Incorporation of Ltd Company, I need the following documents / information:
1- Your Full Name
2- Your Mother and Father Full Name,
3- Contact details and Email Address,
4- Passport Copy / Driving License
5- Products Name
6- Directors Nationality, and Residential full Address
7- Date of Birth and Place of Birth
8- Proposed Name of the Company
Your also need to get UK address and pay Companies House fee ( My price only include my service Charges)
For VAT Registration, following documents / info will be required:
1- Directors details, Name Full, Contact and Email,
2- Passport / Driving License copy,
3- Business Name,
4- Products Details
