Qualified to the extent of having 10 years experience in construction from operations, construction and pre-construction with a degree in construction management earning a first and awarded with the best graduating student and CIOB certificate of excellence, my strongest point was law and particularly dispute resolution. I am more than competent in reviewing any conflict/dispute and advising on the matter accordingly. As I am MCIOB, with 10 years of experience with a recognised degree, I can act as a mediator and expert witness but without Professional indemnity insurance, I cannot offer a binding agreement as an adjudicator.
