Our packages are explained below. There are NO HIDDEN FEES.
BASIC package includes -
- Preparation of the application.
- Revision of the application.
- Submissions.
- Service fees for up to 2 classes. Service fees for each additional class beyond the first 2 are $30
- Local attorney fees for non-AU/NZ applicants
PREMIUM package includes-
- Everything from the Basic package
- Comprehensive trademark search and clearance report
- Subsequent searches (up to 3) only if the first one turns out problematic
- Follow up progress until registration.
Not included:
- Govt. fees
- Response to office actions
