Trademark Fee for New Applications
The application fee for new trademark registration or collective mark or certification mark or series of the trademark for the specification of goods or services included in one class has been increased to Rs. 9000 for E-filing. A reduced fee of Rs. 4,500 for E-filing has been prescribed for individuals, start-ups, and small enterprises.
