As someone young and ambitious, I often find a lot of free time at my disposal which I would like to utilize in helping out as many clients as possible. In me, you will find someone who has, in a very short span of time, acquired knowledge in various areas of law and am therefore able to assist you in all matters relating to legal issues. Areas of law that I have worked on:
Couple of merger and acquisition transactions including one with a leading venture capital, prepared necessary applications to comply with the Competition Commission protocols; incorporation of a foreign conglomerate; rendered opinions and advice in relation to termination of major oil and gas contracts of local companies; assisting a local startup in establishing e-commerce platform and drafted various relevant agreements; briefly assisted a local management consultancy in revamping HR policies of a local bank; advised a foreign client in respect of laws regarding data privacy; worked on a few intellectual property and several Securities and Exchange Commission matters and made visitations to the Intellectual Property Office and SEC respectively in respect of the same; finance and security documents.
