I am certified mediator. I help in small disputes such as family disputes or disputes among business partners reaching an amicable solution. I shall only tend to out of court mediations and not court mandated mediations.
I will help bring out the root cause of the conflict and will help you reach a solution, if agreeable.
Disclaimer: Any decision or conclusion reached in a Mediation session is not binding unless the parties themselves enter a contract. The Mediator shall abide to highest standards of confidentiality and ethics.
If at any given time there arises a conflict of interest, the mediator shall immediately stop the mediation process.
The Mediator is not a judge or an arbitrator, he cannot and will not give a decision. Mediation is a process of amicable dispute resolution.
