A Service Level Agreement (SLA) is the backbone of any successful outsourcing project. As a contract between a service provider and its client, it lays down the services the provider will furnish and the standards by which the service shall be measured.
As an HR personnel and licensed attorney, I have had the responsibility of drafting several SLAs for companies in different industries. Here, I bring my legal skills to bear by drafting coherent and easy to read agreements that clearly communicates the rights and responsibilities of both parties and protects the right of both parties.
