LLC (Limited Liability Company) is a type of legal business entity that was developed to provide business owners with a lower level of liability; it separates your personal affairs from your business. LLC is also very flexible about who can own and manage the business and how you decide to manage its tax affairs.
In order to register your LLC with your Secretary of State, we have to conduct Preliminary Name Search to make sure that the name you chose for your LLC is available, after which we will file the Articles of Organization.
You have to file the Statement of Information for your legal entity which is due within a certain period of time depending on your state's requirements.
NOTE: This gig is only for US residents. State filing fees are not included in the package prices.
