I work with many different contracts (ICAs, NDAs, terms of use, confidentiality, service agreements & more), but not real estate, wills/trusts, sorry. Contact me if unsure.

Please note that I don't just use a generic template, I create a contract specifically for you with the legal terms needed and add in whatever (within legal limits) you would like. If you do not know what you want/need, you give me the information and I will create it for you. 

Note: I specialize in U.S. law, contracts will be based on U.S. law. I do have international clients who are aware and waive this.

Keeps up to her promises, does so in a very professional manner. Communication could have been faster, but that's negligible. Very strict in our eyes, which can be good or bad, depending on your specific case.

Buyer was in another country which caused for the delay in response. By strict he means that I did not deliver early without him paying for express which was explained. I also gave him additional time to review for revisions which delayed payment.
