:I did not expect such a fast response as I had recently placed the order while having coffee in the morning. Before I clocked out of work, there was a very detailed explanation given with suggestive recommendation. Excellent all around as this was a basic gig and I will be looking forward to filing my trademark with her assistance. My only disappointment is I wish I had used her services initially instead of using a self-service option to file --my learning curve mistake.
