Using my 25 years of professional experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts of all types (Master Agreements, Statements of Work, NDAs, Amendments, Change Order, License Agreements, etc), I will review and edit your contract (either as a seller or a buyer). I will identify areas that are potential risks to you and make edits to address those risks, all while using language is clear and understandable.
I am a US citizen and English is my first (and only) language.
