In order to file patent applications abroad without first filing in Indian where one of the inventor is an Indian resident inventor, there is a need to obtain foreign filing license from the Indian Patent Office before filing the patent application abroad.
I will provide the following services with regard to the same:
Preparing and filing the online request under Form 25 for obtaining FFL;
Providing official receipt upon filing of the request;
Filing original Power of Attorney from the inventor(s) at the IPO;
Obtaining and reporting the FFL;
Providing responses of queries for FFL.
